It’s quite simple: mix all the ingredients well and voilà, it’s ready.

My tip: It tastes best served with black bread toasted in butter and a glass of Grüner Veltliner wine.

Zutaten:

5 pieces of Matjes fillet, diced approximately 5mm
1 Boskop apple, peeled and diced
Juice of one lemon
1 tbsp finely diced red onion
1 tsp finely chopped dill
2 tbsp sour cream
A pinch of salt and pepper, to taste

For garnish: Trout caviar and dill
