Breakfast together for Valentine’s Day!
Zubereitung:
Prepare a yeast dough from all ingredients. Cover and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. Knead the dough again, fold it and place it in a buttered loaf or toast bread pan. Let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with convection.
Bake the toast bread at 220 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180 degrees Celsius and pour 150 ml of water under the bread pan into the oven. This steam will make the toast bread especially fluffy.
Allow it to cool and then, for best results, slice it using the Bread Cut knife.
