New Year’s Eve

This method ensures a great time with neighbors, family, and friends.

This vibrant antipasti wreath can be prepared in a flash. It’s an ideal starter for Christmas and a striking addition to any New Year’s Eve celebration. Plus, the skewers can be customized according to individual tastes, preferences, and guest numbers.

Alongside fresh ingredients and plenty of skewers or toothpicks, sharp kitchen knives are a must-have. The knives from the Iceline series are not only comfortable to hold but have also been impressing with their consistent quality for years.

This idea, as often is the case, comes from Simone Kemptner www.cookiteasy.at

Zutaten:

Now, let’s start with the antipasti wreath. For the skewers, you could use the following ingredients:

Cocktail tomatoes
Cheese, e.g., Emmental
Mini mozzarella
Camembert
Bacon
Salami
Olives
Grapes
Persimmon

Cut the ingredients with knives into bite-sized pieces, cubes, slices, and alternately thread them onto skewers or toothpicks. For this, we use the knives from the Universal Knife Set, which includes a Santoku knife, a paring knife, and a bread knife. Arrange the skewers in two layers in a circle – voila!

PS: Feel free to swap out or vary the ingredients as you like.
