Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers.
For Austria: In the following terms, “consumer” refers to a “consumer” as defined in the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
For Germany: According to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Tyrolit Schleifmittelwerke Swarovski AG & Co. K.G.
By placing products in the online shop, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, French, Italian.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Subject Matter of the Contract
4.1 Product Description
The respective product description is considered an essential part of the contract.
4.2 Product Images
Without prejudice to your statutory warranty rights, please note the following specifics. If you have any uncertainties, please contact us:
- Due to individual screen settings (e.g., resolution and brightness), slight deviations between the displayed and actual product colors may occur.
- For wood products, natural variations in grain, structure, and color of the wood are possible.
5. Delivery Conditions
5.1 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over €99 including VAT.
5.2 Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process.
- We only deliver via shipping. Self-collection of the goods is not possible.
- We do not deliver to Packstations.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit card
Enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal. To pay via PayPal, you must be registered or register first, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. After placing the order in the shop, we will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterward. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
7. Retention of Title
The product remains our property until full payment is received.
8. Transport Damage
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please report such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
9. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory defect liability law applies.

10. Liability
We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents:
- for injury to life, body, or health,
- for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- for guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
For breaches of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner regularly relies (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents, the liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
