Return Policy Information | Returning Items
If you wish to return the goods, you have the option of returning them to us within 14 days of delivery.
In order to ensure smooth and fast processing, we ask you to follow the instructions below carefully.
1. Please register your return by email at consumergoods@tyrolit.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- First and last name
- Email address
- Item being returned
- Reason for return
2. You will then receive the free return label as well as the return note via email.
3. Please fill out the return form and include the slip with the package.
4. Please seal the package and affix the return label where it is clearly visible.
5. The package can be dropped off free of charge at any GLS partner shop.
Please pack the goods in such a way that they can survive the return shipment without damage. At best, in the undamaged original shipping packaging. Upon receipt, we check the goods for defects or signs of use. If the goods are intact and unused, we will refund the outstanding amount immediately using the payment method you selected when placing your order.

The item you ordered was not delivered correctly? Of course, you have the opportunity to complain about the item.
Please send us a short description and photos of the article by email to consumergoods@tyrolit.com. In order to ensure that your complaint is processed quickly, we would ask you to indicate the article number and the order number in the email.
