Description
Technical data
The innovation: the waffle structure on the underside ensures improved heat absorption and guarantees rapid and effective heating of the stone.
Action
In addition to the included pizza shovel, we are offering a high-quality pair of barbecue gloves (for right-handed people) worth €9.90 with every pizza stone as an introductory offer. While stocks last!
The application
Before using the stone for the first time, clean it with hot water and allow it to dry. At the beginning, allow the pizza stone (waffle structure facing downwards) to preheat on the grill or in the oven for about 30 minutes (grill: 300°C with the lid closed, oven: 240°C). Dust the pizza peel with a sufficient amount of semolina (flour will also work, but we recommend semolina due to its coarser grain), place the food to be baked on the stone and bake as required. Then remove the food from the stone using the pizza peel.
Perfect pizza from Let's Cook
Julian Lange from Let's Cook explains in the video how to create a crispy and delicious pizza in the oven.
How to use a pizza stone?
Before using your pizza stone, you should clean it. Then place the stone in a cold oven and place it on a wire rack on the bottom shelf. It is important that the stone is not placed directly on the oven floor or on a baking tray so that air can circulate freely.
Once you have placed the pizza stone in the oven, preheat it to around 240 degrees Celsius for at least 30 minutes. During preheating, the stone absorbs the heat and stores it. Then bake pizza, tarte flambée, bread or rolls, and the stone releases the stored heat to the food.
Once the base of the pizza is crispy, you can take the food out of your oven. If you don't want to prepare any more food, you can now switch off the oven. It is important to leave the pizza stone in the oven while it is still warm so that it can cool down slowly. The material cannot withstand any major temperature fluctuations and should therefore always be heated up and cooled down slowly. Once the stone has cooled down completely, you can remove it from the oven.

How to clean a pizza stone?
Before you prepare pizza or tarte flambée on your pizza stone, you should clean the stone. Before using it for the first time, take the new stone out of the packaging and clean it briefly with clear water and a damp cloth. Then you can place the stone in the oven to preheat it. It is recommended to clean the cold stone briefly in the same way before each use.
To ensure that you enjoy your pizza stone for a long time, it is important to clean it gently. For example, the stone is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher and does not tolerate either washing-up liquid or chemical cleaners. Also, never immerse your pizza stone completely in water, as the material will otherwise become saturated. Instead of a damp cloth, you can also use a soft brush. If you want to use a wire brush to remove dark spots on your pizza stone, you should be especially careful not to damage the material.

Produkt in top Qualität, Versand sehr schnell.
Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Pizza war sehr lecker und der Boden knusprig. Innerhalb von 4 Minuten war die Pizza im Ofen fertig.
