The chef's knife is made from a single piece of rust-free stainless steel that has been ice-hardened multiple times. A finely polished blade surface is complemented by balanced crests of waves that extend along the cutting edge. The combination of these properties guarantees that the knife will stay sharp for a long time and promises the best cutting properties.

In addition to the perfectly designed blade, the TYROLIT LIFE chef's knife in our knife set also has a black, ergonomically shaped handle. This guarantees safe handling and ensures that the knife sits comfortably in the hand at all times. Together, the handle and blade allow for optimal cutting results, making it easy to chop fish, meat and vegetables. It offers a similar range of uses to the larger chef's knife, but is more versatile. The proven hollow grind also prevents large amounts of food from sticking to the blade.
