The high-quality beechwood cutting boards from TYROLIT LIFE are ideal for cutting bacon, bread and vegetables without damaging the blade.

If you notice while you are working that the blade could do with a little care, simply reach for the integrated ceramic sharpening stone and give your knife its usual sharpness again.

In line with the principle of simplification, TYROLIT LIFE combines two essential areas in one tool – the ideal cutting mat and a reliable helper for re-sharpening kitchen knives such as Santoku knives directly while cutting. This product is available in two sizes.

Santoku knife (18 cm)

With this all-rounder from TYROLIT LIFE, meat, fish and vegetables almost slice, dice and chop themselves. The special hollow grinding reduces the adhesion of the material being cut, thus allowing for efficient and fast work in the kitchen.
Compared to conventional knives, the TYROLIT LIFE Santoku knife has a slightly shortened and wider blade that extends well below the handle, thus offering maximum finger safety.
In addition, the hollows in the blade (scalloped edge) ensure less resistance when cutting and at the same time reduce the adhesion of food. Thanks to its balance and easy handling and cutting, this kitchen knife is particularly popular with beginners and hobby chefs.
