The tall and elongated blade of this knife, crafted in 64 meticulous steps, reduces the risk of injury when held correctly and allows for swift, even, and effortless slicing. While the thumb and index finger stabilize the end of the blade, the tip of the knife always remains on the cutting board. The hand simply follows the movement of the 192g light knife like a flywheel, thus ensuring a clean cut.
The special coating, a hallmark of all knives in the DARKLINE series, ensures low friction and high glide efficiency. This significantly reduces the sticking of the cut material.
