Sugar-Free Chocolate Nut Pralines
Zubereitung:
Roast the whole hazelnuts without any fat in a pan (or buy them already roasted). Afterwards, chop them into pieces with a large knife.
Melt the dark, sugar-free chocolate (you can also use 100% cocoa chocolate) in a double boiler and, if you like, add grated orange zest and tonka bean.
Next, stir the chopped hazelnuts into the melted chocolate until well combined.
Using a spoon, drop small mounds onto a piece of parchment paper. Allow the pralines to cool there until they are completely hardened.
Then, you can package them attractively (preferably in a mason jar) and give them away as gifts. They are best kept in a cool place to prevent the chocolate from becoming too soft.
