Pizza with goat cheese, figs and lemon verbena
Zubereitung:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and let it rest in a warm place for 2 hours.
Tip: It’s best to oil the bowl a bit beforehand so the dough doesn’t stick.
After that, divide the dough into quarters and shape into balls.
Now, let’s start with our pizza:
With our hands and lots of love, stretch the dough and form a pizza.
Spread with tomato sauce, scatter the goat cheese on top, and transfer to the pizza stone!
After 4-5 minutes, the pizza is ready. To finish, top with figs, radishes, and a bit of lemon verbena.
