Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (TYROLIT – addresses of individual countries listed below) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. Although it is not mandatory, you can use the model cancellation form available on our website for this purpose. You can find the model cancellation form on our website at www.tyrolitlife.com. If you avail yourself of this option, we will promptly send you (e.g., by email) a confirmation of the receipt of such a cancellation.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the most economical standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will utilize the same payment method you originally used, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. TYROLNET must reimburse the consumer for payments made without undue delay, and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract to the following addresses:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for inspecting the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
